Privacy Policy

This policy covers the internal application MCP Controller for QuickBooks Online operated by Story Homes / Aaron Guess (“we,” “us) for our own company books only.

Who this app is for

This is a private, internal integration. It is not sold, marketed, or offered to the public. Only the connecting company administrator for Story Homes and affiliated entities we own may authorize it.

Data we access

With your authorization, the app reads QuickBooks Online Accounting data needed for accounts payable, receivables, reports, and bookkeeping (for example company info, vendors, bills, invoices, accounts, and financial reports). Write access is disabled unless we later enable it for the same internal use.

How we use data

Data is used only to support Story Homes internal accounting and financial planning. We do not sell personal or company data. We do not use QuickBooks data to train public AI models.

Storage and security

OAuth tokens and credentials are stored only on systems we control for running this integration. Access is limited to Aaron Guess and authorized assistants acting on his instructions.

Sharing

We do not share QuickBooks data with third parties except Intuit (as required to operate the API) and service providers strictly necessary to host this private integration, under confidentiality obligations.

Retention

We retain tokens and cached data only as long as needed to operate the integration or as required by law. You may disconnect the app in QuickBooks Online at any time.
